We gather this data to maintain positive relations with customers and ensure long term results. We only request information that is voluntarily given to us and is necessary for warranty, payment, and contact information. We may contact you in the future regarding continuing warranties for the long term success of the work done for you.

The basis of information collection is through website form details and software applications and signed by the customer if providing services. An exact copy is kept by both the customer and our team so the information collected is completely transparent. The digital copy is kept in a TLS encrypted file location.

We operate a secured website, ensuring security as a top priority. Filling out our request form which requires the minimum information of name, address, and phone and email is secured and used only by our team.
